Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EverMarkLabs ("EverMarkLabs," "we," "us," or "our") — an independent app studio operated by a solo developer — handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each, an "App").

We build Apps across many different niches, and we design them to collect as little personal data as possible. Because data practices vary from App to App, the specific categories of data a given App collects are also disclosed in that App's Apple App Store privacy details (the privacy "nutrition label") and its Google Play Data safety section. Those in-store disclosures should be read together with this policy and describe the actual behavior of each App.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the App and the features you use, we may handle the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Content, settings, or account details you choose to enter, and any messages you send us (for example, support requests or feedback).
  • Account information. If an App offers accounts or sign-in, this may include an email address, username, or an identifier from a third-party sign-in provider (such as Sign in with Apple or Google).
  • Data stored on your device. Many of our Apps store your content locally on your device only and never transmit it to us.
  • Usage & diagnostic data. Aggregated or anonymized information about how an App is used, plus crash logs and performance data, used to fix bugs and improve features.
  • Device & technical data. Device model, operating system version, language, app version, general (non- precise) location inferred from IP address, and similar technical details.
  • Identifiers. Where applicable, device or advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or the Google Advertising ID) used for analytics or advertising — only as permitted by your device settings and consent.
  • Permission-based data. Data accessed only with your explicit permission and only when an App's features require it — for example, camera, photos, location, contacts, notifications, or microphone. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
  • Purchase data. If an App offers paid features, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of a transaction and its status, but not your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps;
  • Diagnose technical problems, fix bugs, and improve features;
  • Understand usage through analytics so we can make better Apps;
  • Deliver and measure advertising, where an App is ad-supported;
  • Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so: performance of a contract (to provide an App you request), your consent (for example, optional analytics or advertising, which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (such as keeping Apps secure and improving them), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Trusted third parties that process data on our behalf — such as analytics and crash-reporting providers, cloud hosting, and (for ad-supported Apps) advertising networks. These providers may only use the data to provide services to us and are bound by their own privacy obligations.
  • Apple and Google. The App Store and Google Play process downloads, purchases, and certain diagnostics under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal & safety. Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or EverMarkLabs.
  • Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Common providers an App may use include Google (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob) and Apple services. Their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Advertising & Analytics Choices

For ad-supported Apps, you can limit personalized advertising through your device: on iOS, App Tracking Transparency lets you decline tracking, and you can disable the advertising identifier; on Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization. You can also decline optional analytics where an App offers that choice.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete the App or clear its data.

7. Data & Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@evermarklabs.com. If an App lets you create an account, it also provides a way to delete your account and associated data from within the App or by contacting us. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable time (and within any period required by law), except for information we must retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. For Apps that store data only on your device, deleting the App removes that data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are general-audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Any App that is specifically directed to children will comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Apple Kids Category requirements, and the Google Play Families policy, and will carry its own additional notice.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may exercise rights to know, delete, and correct their data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@evermarklabs.com.

10. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Apps may link to or integrate third-party services that are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Contact Us
